Thinking about Our Native American Brothers and Sisters – A Message from CEO Lino Covarrubias
While Thanksgiving for many American’s is a joyous time of reflection and gratitude, it is often a painful time for our Native American brothers and sisters as they remember the violent history of genocide and forced removal from this territory that their ancestors endured. As you gather for your holiday celebrations, we hope you will make time to discuss the Thanksgiving story in all its aspects. We have much to be thankful for being Americans and we have much work to continue do in order to form a more perfect Union. Wishing you a meaningful Thanksgiving!
